Services
deepflo provides technology services including website development, AI automation, marketing systems, and business setup for small and medium-sized businesses. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are stated in US dollars. deepflo reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if payments are overdue by more than 30 days.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them (websites, content, custom code). deepflo retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, tools, and methods used to build those deliverables.
Limitation of Liability
deepflo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, deepflo will provide all completed work and any client-owned assets.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
